PresidentThe President is the highest executive authority of JUBOK and the principal representative of the organisation. He provides strategic direction, oversees policy and governance, and represents JUBOK at national and international levels.
Election & Term
Voting rights are continuous and lifelong for registered members, subject to validity of membership. Elected through a secure digital voting system via ballotpaper.org
One-year term: All registered members nationwide may participate. The President is elected through a secure digital voting system operated via ballotpaper.org. Under this platform, eligible members from all regions nationwide are able to register, verify their membership, and participate directly in the leadership election process.
The President is elected for a one-year term. The digital voting process is designed to be continuous and lifelong, enabling every registered member to retain permanent voting rights and ongoing participation in future leadership selections, subject to organisational rules and eligibility criteria. Eligibility Criteria for Leadership Positions
To ensure competent, informed, and responsible leadership within JUBOK, the following minimum educational qualification is mandatory for all candidates contesting leadership positions:
Minimum Education: Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent). The degree must be obtained from a recognised university or higher education institution. This requirement applies to the positions of President, Vice President, and General Secretary. Candidates must provide verifiable academic documentation during the nomination and registration process
